स्नातक प्रथम खण्ड परीक्षा-2022 में सम्मिलित होने वाले वैसे परीक्षार्थी जिनका प्रवेश-पत्र डाउनलोड नहीं हो पा रहा है, उनके पास नामांकन के समय उपलब्ध कराये गये Admission Confirmation Form (CA Form) (नमूना संलग्न) के आधार पर उन्हें परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने की अनुमति प्रदान की जाती है। ऐसे परीक्षार्थी विश्वविद्यालय क्रमांक के स्थान पर (CA Form) में अंकित 10 नंबर की Application Number का उपयोग करेंगे।
केन्द्राधीक्षक महोदय ऐसे परीक्षार्थियों की उपस्थिति एक अलग पत्रक पर उपस्थिति दर्ज करायेंगें, जिसमें विश्वविद्यालय क्रमांक के जगह Application Number अंकित किया जायेगा।
